• Masters looking at epidemics on random graphs
• Another masters in high-performance computing
• PhD in applications of graph theory to protein structure. (University profile page still up here)
• Data scientist/MLE number one for a fintech startup, building experimentation platforms and recommender systems.
• Data scientist for Coinbase when that startup got acquired - helped run the experiments for the main Prices page, did some sellside analysis work for Coinbase Prime.
• Data engineer/quant developer for A Priori Investments, building out open source tooling and looking at time series forecasting with new ML methods, as applied to large financial datasets.
